It’s every couple’s nightmare: waking up on their wedding day to a message from the videographer or another supplier explaining they won’t be able to make it. But fear not; here’s how to handle these moments gracefully to ensure your day remains as magical and stress-free as planned.

1. Stay Calm. All we can say is don’t panic, as it won’t help solve anything. Take a deep breath and assess the situation calmly.

2. Evaluate the Importance of the Situation.   Having been informed a supplier isn’t coming, determine if the service is crucial to your day. If so, move swiftly to find a solution.
